I know exactly where you are because I was a mirror image of you.

There was a time in my life when my throat literally felt as if there were a frog lodged in it anytime I went to speak my truth. I opted to say very little because I didn’t want the attention on me. I had played this game of going along to get along so well that I had forgotten who I really was. How could I allow others to see the real me when I didn’t know the real me. 

I did not understand who I was at my core. So many people had forced their opinions of who I should be and what I should do that I forgot to check-in with myself and see if that was what I really wanted.

Instead of taking ownership of my life, I rented a small interior apartment without a view.

That is until I asked myself one question, WHO ARE YOU?

It took me by surprise that I could not answer that simple question and I feverishly set out to discover the answer because at the end of the day I recognized my life depended upon that answer.

I was surprised at the depth of my soul’s inquiries. I had to enlist the help and support of remote mentors, spiritual guides, books, and meditation. It took me a few years to discover, but today, after many sleepless nights of dissecting every area of my life, I am crystal clear on who I am.

What’s required for Legendary Living?

Once in a while someone comes along and says something that resonates in your mind and begins a change in the way you think and function.  E.R. Spaulding did that for me… She went on explaining how I was undervaluing myself… she changed my company and my life. My family is happy as well now that I have learned to delegate and can spend more time with them.  She is an asset that anyone would be lucky to have. My only complaint is that she moved to Chicago and although I have my wings and can fly on my own now, I miss her in Atlanta.  She not only is a great business associate, the way she cared for me and my business, I now consider her a good friend.
